Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak - a fresh trailer with Malzeno, new monsters, functions and skills

Today, the publisher and developer Capcom held a digital presentation dedicated to the upcoming large -scale addition of Sunbreak for ARPG Monster Hunter Rise.

During the broadcast, many new details were presented about the future of DLC, and also showed a new trailer with Malzeno, a new senior dragon capable of sucking life out of enemies. If a hunter gets into his paws, then after his vampire business, he will be able to evolve in a more powerful form.

In the video above, the series fans can see a familiar monster from Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate - Seregios. Together with it, the addition will add several of his subspecies: the ice Aurora Somnacanth and the Fiery Magma Almudron

Sunbreak will appear “followers”, story characters that players will be able to take with them to some quests in a single game. Each of them has its own specialization and weapons. During the trip, they can treat, put traps and sometimes ride monsters.

In addition, they will expand the possibilities of moving on wyverns, add new Switch Skills skills and the ability to switch them “on the fly”, registering two boot options in advance. SWAP EVADE will also appear, which will help players quickly evade to change skills, along with running along the walls without using Wirebug. Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak will take place on June 30, 2022 on PC and Nintendo Switch.
