New Daybreak Games Mother Society, EG7 unveiled one of the developing projects in one of the group's studios and more exactly Dimensional Ink Studios, the name awarded to the team that has been using DC Universe Online for more than 10 years.
In its available roadmap page 17 of this presentation, EG7 reveals that the Texan studio is at work on a massively multiplayer online role-play on Marvel license. The project is piloted by the CEO Jack Emmett who has long worked at Cryptic Studios ( Champions Online, Star Trek Online, City of Heroes, City of Villains ) before take orders from DC Universe Online in May 2016. Note that this MMO Marvel, which is part of the long-term projects of the group and is therefore not expected soon, does not prevent dimensional ink studios to get involved again on DC Universe Online. According to EG7, the game is currently close to its annual record turnover and will be investments to update its realization and offer players its largest extension never exit in 2023.
If the previous massively multiplayer games marvel have not really known glory, as Marvel Universe Online of Cryptic Studios which was canceled in 2008 by its Microsoft Editor and Marvel Heroes of Gazillion Entertainment, EG7 A No doubt held that the current climate was otherwise more in favor of such an investment.
